Plate mounter operation instruction:  

1. Regulating Printing roller frame placed high or low, so that the printing roll and the place of loading plate frame in same place. 
2. Adjust the camera place forward or back , and make the axes that 's in printing roll showing on the display screen in a straight line 
3. Adjust the lens focal length, so that images displayed in high grade amplified lens
4. The double-sided stick on the printing roll in 
5. Trample the button that in the middle of the footplate to rise the cylinder, put the printing plate placed in the placed board , move printing plate, so that cross-line position shown in the display in a line, the slow close the button on the footplate, cylinder make down , and  the  shift lock plate , you can start printing . 
6. Re-check the cross-line position in printing plates whether has been in the same line, after confirmed then you can start to printing.

A:Within one week after everything ready (machine arrival your factory, non woven material, power source, air compressor etc.Prepared)

A:You should charge for the cost of our engineer's air tickets, hotel, food, and also their salary 80USD one day per person.

A: All our machine have one year guarantee for electricity parts and two years guarantee for mechanism, starting from finished installation.

5. Q:How could you do if the parts broken within warranty?

A: We would express the free replacement parts during the warranty date.

A:We also can do service for you, but you need pay salary for our technicians 80USD/day for each person.

A:Our engineers understand a little English. All our engineers have more than five years machine installation experience.
