PP WOVEN BAG LAMINATION MACHINE / NONWOVEN FABRIC LAMINATION MACHINE
Performance and Characteristics
This nonwoven fabric laminating machine making use of the good adhesive property of polypropylene &polyethylene at melting status, the machine adheres and laminated paper or color-printed OPP &CPP film to nonwoven fabric, non woven bag under pressure, and through cut-off and the extruder with helical gear reducer of 20CrMoAIA alloy steel and done treatment of nitrogenation.
The double-die can do single or double-face coating, width of coating& laminating can be regulated, and stepless speed regalation in to control coating thickness and laminating speed, 6 wind-up station for material feeding. The gas-liquid edge correcting for rewinder assures the accuracy of coating. Pneumatic roller can assure even pressure. Automatic edgecutting, edge-blowing, cutting-off and winding devices are applied.

Answer:We are manufacture,have poseess IS0 9001 and paten certificats,products covering non woven fabric/PP woven bag production line,bag making machine,siltting machine,flexographic printing machine etc.
Question: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
Answer:
Way 1:You take a train to Aojiang Station(Wenzhou City),we will you pick you up,there is only 8 minutes from our factory to Aojiang station.
Way 2:Fly to Longwan international Airport (Wenzhou City),we will pick you you,40 minutes from our factory to the airport.
Question: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
Answer: As for electrical part we have been cooperated with good foreign brand such as YASKAWA,SIEMENS,NSK,DELTA,PANASONIC, etc. The other part are come from domestic hight quality manufacture.Our machine will do running test before shipping.
Question: Does oversea service available?
Answer: YES,it does.We have a experience service team,every menber of team has gone aboard for several times,with rich experience in installing the machine. But buyer need provided the
ticket, food, hotel cost etc.
Question: How your company provided after sales service?
Answer: Porviding one year guarantee for all machines what are bought from our company (except any human mistake occurred) . We will give some spare parts for changing when delivery.Under warranry machine parts is damaged, we will send to you free parts by express asap. If customer
required engineer go to solve problem is also possible.
